General
The general conditions apply to the establishment of all reservations and bookings, as well as all offers of Casa Rural Jijona. By booking and staying in one of the rooms offered by us, you agree to our terms and conditions as listed below.
Reservations are made based on availability and reservations will only be accepted from persons over 18 years of age. The tenant is required to show proof of identity. A copy can be made by Casa Rural Jijona.
If a reservation is processed, the renter will receive a written confirmation or confirmation by e-mail within 5 working days. This confirmation must be immediately checked for accuracy. Any inaccuracies should be immediately in writing or by e-mail to Casa Rural Jijona.
Between the tenant and Casa Rural Jijona an agreement is established at the moment when the landlord has sent the written confirmation or confirmation by e-mail of the reservation to the tenant.
Casa Rural Jijona reserves the right to refuse a reservation at any time, without giving any reason, or to impose special conditions on it.
Casa Rural Jijona has at all times the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect, if at reservation personal data of the tenant and / or other users are incomplete and / or incorrectly specified. In such a case there will be no refund of (part of) the rent.
Prices
The renter owes Casa Rural Jijona the agreed rent, as stated in the written confirmation or e-mail confirmation.
The stated rent includes breakfast, cleaning of the room, excluding tourist tax, excluding any additional charges for additional supplies and services including, for example, renting bicycles, consumed drinks and any parking charges. The should be settled no later than at departure.
Payment
Payment should be made upon arrival at Casa Rural Jijona. Payment is always made in euros. Payments can be made in cash, by debit or credit card. Changes in the VAT rate will be charged to the guest at all times.
Cancellation & No-show
If a guest cannot fulfill the booking made, we request that the guest inform us as soon and fully as possible. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before booked arrival date, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Cancellations within 24 hours before arrival date or on the day itself will be charged 100% of the agreed price. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will also be charged.
Regulations
Casa Rural Jijona is not liable for damage and/or injury, loss or theft of guests' property. All damages and accidents should be reported immediately to the manager of Casa Rural Jijona.
Casa Rural Jijona is entitled at any time without notice to terminate the agreement for the stay of the room when the guest repeatedly violates the house rules, or otherwise behaves in such a way that the order and tranquility of other guests can be or are disturbed. Guests refused or sent away for these reasons are not entitled to a refund of the agreed payment.
Any damage caused by guests staying at Casa Rural Jijona will be financially recovered from the guests responsible.Casa Rural Jijona is not liable for failures in and around the accommodation such as failure of power, wifi, water supplies and technical installations.
House Rules
Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor areas.
Pets are allowed for a fee, provided this is indicated in advance at the time of reservation.
Arrival & Departure
Gasten kunnen tussen 15:00 en 21:00 inchecken op de dag van aankomst en dienen op de dag van vertrek vóór 11:00 uur uit te checken, tenzij dit nadrukkelijk anders is afgesproken. Wanneer gasten eerder vertrekken dan afgesproken, bieden wij geen restitutie op het totale bedrag.
